[ What a busy week.
Sebastian really should have known better to expect anything different at this rate. He doesn’t exactly believe in things like fate or destiny (or more accurately, if they exist, they exist ignoring demons), but irony? That seems to be a stalwart companion of his since he had started this realms-hopping “adventure”. At least getting dumped into Silco’s world next was interesting, and having Set for company was fun.
All the better, considering Silco had practically ignored them both while getting his affairs in order. Sebastian knew what to expect here rather well, since he’d been through the waves of Jinx’s arrival, disappearance, and his (former) master’s subsequent insecurity and paranoia over it. So, here she was again, and thus… Well, it went predictably. Silco throwing a tantrum, throwing his own life further into a spiral, and naturally, Sebastian and Set eventually coming to his rescue. From his daughter. It would be a fun drama to watch if he weren’t participating in it. Or cleaning up after it.
Sebastian has been a bit more respectful of Silco’s need for space, but after a week, he’s had quite enough of it. So, with Set probably bursting in first, Sebastian opens the door to Silco’s office with no preamble. They’ve at least been allowed in without a fuss. ]
Now, then. Are you done sulking, Mr. Silco?
[ His criticisms are immediate, naturally. As Silco had discovered, without the tether of a Covenant to put Sebastian on better behavior? He’s much more straightforward, actually. ]
